A big “African” thank you from Johannesburg South Africa for the unique and absolutely delicious pecan bread you manufacture for people who need to be on the SCD diet or gluten free. My son is 7 years old and I recently put him on the SCD diet. Your pecan bread is his favorite product and he enjoys every bite. His favorite spread on the pecan bread is honey but he also enjoys eating the pecan bread with strawberry jam or avocado. It is heart warming watching him eat the pecan bread. Two years ago I attempted to follow the SCD diet. It was almost impossible to do this in SA as there are very few SCD legal products available here. We used to try to grind our own almond flour and even make yoghurt without the yoghurt maker but, we didn’t succeed. We recently bought your yoghurt maker and almond flour. The almond flour is fantastic and the yoghurt maker is so easy to use. My son also enjoys your Velvet Star cookies. I often put the cookies on the hot tray as he enjoys eating them warm and lightly crispy. Whenever I hear of someone coming to South Africa from USA I ask them to bring a parcel from your store for my son. Thank you for making our SCD experience so much easier and tastier.
