I made the equivalent to potato chips by using the slicing disc and acorn or Hubbard squash. I put a bit of olive oil and kosher salt and baked them in a slow oven - 275 F until they were browned and crisp.
I also did this with zucchini and apples. The shredder makes great spaghetti from zucchini. What an amazing piece of equipment!
